Mattress Guarantee

We want you to make your purchase with confidence. And we know that even after making a careful selection, sometimes people need a different level of comfort. A difference in lower priced models at the time of exchange is non-refundable. An increase in price requires payment for the current price difference at the time of exchange. Exchange covers same size, limit 1 exchange per customer. Custom size mattress are not eligible for exchange due to manufacturing variance in sizes. We will cover all other expenses.

All we ask is that you spend at least a few weeks getting used to your new mattress first, before we process an exchange. Sleeping on a new (or any different) mattress takes a few weeks to get used to, and with that familiarity you can know for sure you’re making the right decision.

The merchandise must be in sanitary condition, law tags must be attached, and clean, free of tears, burns and stains of any kind or we will be unable to honor an exchange request

• Limit of one Exchange per customer Purchase
• Applies to mattress sets and mattresses ONLY and excludes motorized beds, cots, special orders, outlet, and clearance merchandise
• Unopened sheets, pillows, or mattress protectors may be returned for a full refund or in exchange for merchandise of equal or greater value ONLY if the item is returned to a sleep center within 30 days from the date of the receipt
• Opened sheets, pillows, or mattress protectors may be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value ONLY if the item is returned to a sleep center within 30 days from the date of receipt.
